”The Staff were kind, friendly and professional. They remembered our names and were exceptionally hospital. The hotel's grounds, rooms, and lobby were modern decor with spacious seating and viewing areas. We would surely recommend the hotel to all travelers who want to stay at a location that's classy, affordable, and close to the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer.”

”Very clean rooms and amenities. The A/C in the room worked very well. However, in the bar area, it was warm and though they had high power fans throughout the lobby to try and cool it down, the fans took away from the ambiance. Also, the pumped in smell was overly done throughout the lobby and hallways. I ordered the garden burger which was cooked too well done that it was charred. ”Roaches crawling in the first room, was moved to another room. Next room was damp, surfaces were wet and smelled like mildew”

”We got there and it looked nice on the outside, but it looks like it hasn’t had maintenance in years. Everything is broken or cracked or peeling from the carpet to the ceiling. The inside smells terrible, and theres no noise control. The room was spacious, but the AC was damaged and inconsistent, the pillows were lumpy or brick hard and the “blanket” was a dollar store fleece blanket in between 2 sheets. And theres cockroaches:)”

”No place for smokers to sit and smoke. Parking garage was where we were told to go, no where provided to sit and no butt cans available. We are not6 3rd rate citizens and have rights too.”

”The staff were amazing hands-down. The staff was just amazing. The beds were comfortable. They were clean the closet that had the refrigerator in the coffee pot smelled like something had died in there. It was horrible. You had to hold your breath to even open it to put anything in the fridge. It was horrible. Other than that everything else was OK I would not go back though.”

”Let me start by saying any vacation I'm able to take. I'm very grateful for however. The pictures that were on their website compared to inperson We're very off unless that was pictures for a different location. And it could have well been, however. The room seemed to be, you know, very run down like it's time for an update the pool was closed earlier than the time stated. You can only get one parking pass per room. Not the worst experience so far, yet very over priced.”

”AMAZING staff especially the lady that check me in and out. Breakfast, the service was on point when we need towels and wash clothes. Less than 3 minutes each time. Room very clean and bed slept great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to my friends and family!!! Thanks Fairfield for making our stay wonderful!”
