”I love the indoor pool and that every room has a balcony !!! That balcony alone A+. Also the floor to ceiling windows in the lobby over looking the lake was nice.”

I was too tired to call and ask how to raise the temperature on the A/C. I tried to raise it but it wouldn't move from 69° extremely too cold for us. Also,”

”The rooms looked a little bit better than the outside. The hair dryer needs to be replaced. There should be a mat for the floor when getting out of the shower.”

”My room looked like they just made the beds & that’s it. My bed was dirty, the walls were dirty, the chair was dirty, the curtains were dirty. The WiFi didn’t work my entire stay. Couldn’t use the tv because of that. The pool was closed the entire time of my stay. Overall I’ll give it 2/10”

”We went back for a 2nd visit for July 4th.. just a girls trip this time. Thankfully the air conditioner on the main floor was back working (it was out during our Memorial Day stay). We booked the 2 bedroom standard suite which was very spacious. When we went in May we had the signature suite. The only difference is the type of pool towels, the washer and dryer was smaller in the standard suite, no wine cooler (signature suite has it), and difference in products (shampoo, soap, etc.) Other than...
