”We had the most amazing stay at the W. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I will say that the room was a little “lived in”. The leather was very worn on the sofa and there were stains on the throws. However, the property is beautiful, the staff was more than helpful, kind and accommodating and the food was fantastic. We would absolutely visit again! ”

”3rd time to this resort. The Westin club rooms and pool area have improved but food selection and quality has slipped a bit. Premium liquor package did not include pinot Grigio and still a bit suspicious of alcohol content in the whisky I had; I never got a buzz! The concrete paths throughout the resort need a good cleaning and re-coating. Happy with our club level suite and room amenities. Dinner reservations are a bit of a game…club personnel made them for 4 days in advance when we arrived but...

”Beautiful! It's safe and gorgeous. We were upgraded to a bigger unit without asking. Great view of the marina, really nice pool. It was never crowded at the pool. Walked to the beach and along the beach each morning. Gustavo was so nice and helpful.”

”Viihtyisä mutta ylihintainen majapaikka huippuhyvän surffirannan vieressä. Mukava huone. Uima-altaat (2) todella pieniä mutta viihtyisiä. Wifi toimii vain huoneen ulkopuolella. Ravintola on ihan hyvä, mutta naapurin La Marejada (johon omasta huoneestamme lyhyempi matka kuin hotellin omaan ravintolaan) on ihan eri luokkaa. Söimme siellä aamiaiset ja illalliset, ja ruokaa jäi kaipaamaan kaikkialla muualla Costa Ricassa.”

”Everything!!! We were the only people staying there at the time and got to have the whole place to ourselves. It was a great birthday treat for myself and my partner. 10/10 would go back especially for the dogs: Canela, Chocolate, and Rocky”

”Pros: Location Cons: No reception area. Had to walk around and find staff member to check us in. Bar extremely expensive. I was charged $30USD for a rum and coke. The bed was comfortable enough. Ok place to stay for a night or two. ”

”We loved our stay and the place grew on us. Rooms could use a place for cloths and suitcase as they aren’t big and a coffee pot. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a small market but it doesn’t have fresh fruit or veggies and limited for lunch or breakfast items. Loved how staff booked tours which were very small. ”
