”Nice hotel”

”Rooms were spotless and loved having direct access to a small private pool along with complimentary drinks a snacks. Staff were really friendly and hotel had a lovely chilled vibe. Short walk to the beach, shops and bars. Food in the hotel was ok - breakfast was great, evening mean - not too much choice. Overall, an excellent days away and would definitely return.”

”Big clean apartment ,with big terrace , quiet resort , lovely big pool with loungers and day beds , great location with lbus stop right outside property for local buses with a great service ”

”Situation of the hotel is exellent! We had delux and the food was good in restaurant Vulcano. Avoid restaurant Palapa. Every visit was an disapointment. Holtel was not clean. We think that managers do not put enough money to the cleening time! Shame, workers did their best!”

”The only negative was house keeping, they didn’t leave towels or top up any of the tea/coffee/milk in the rooms and they sisnt give you a ticket to get out of the car parks as it was free to park in the adults only royal level ”

”Location of apartments is very good, near to strip, bars , restaurants and beach. Nice pool bar. Apartments are clean and well cared for, some refurbishing taking place . Have stayed many times and will return again. ”

”Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in...
