This living area faces the beauty of the tropical gardens and private outdoor pool. In this area there is also a half bath for visitors. In the garden there gas grill where you can cook and enjoy this great Caribbean atmosphere which faces the private Mayan Ruins of Playacar Phase II. Large TV with satellite service and DVD player - laundry room with washer and dryer. This home counts on a common area with pool, palapa and tennis court just by crossing the street.
