Sijaitsee Playacar Pase I; aidatulla alueella on korkealaatuisia koteja ja se sijaitsee Playa Del Carmenin keskustan vieressä. La Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue) on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Casa Miramarista, jossa kaupat, ravintolat, kahvilat, taidegalleriat, vesiurheilu, retket, baarit ja elävä viihde sijaitsevat. Tässä kodissa on kaikki mitä haluat. Koko marmorilattia ja täysin varustettu mukavuuksilla, Casa Miramarista on upeat näkymät merelle, ja sitä voi nauttia melkein jokaisesta huoneesta ja etenkin mukavasta terassista, joka sijaitsee yksityisen uima-altaan tai tilavan 2. kerroksen terassin vieressä. Sekä patio että terassi ovat täydellisiä paikkoja, joista voi nauttia merituulen ja viettää aikaa perheen ja ystävien kanssa.

Lähes 300 neliömetrin rakennus, jossa on 2 kerrosta, tämä tilava 4 makuuhuoneen ja 4 kylpyhuoneen koti on täysin ilmastoitu ja kattotuuletin molemmissa makuuhuoneissa. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta, mukava olohuone, iso taulutelevisio, ruokasali ja keittiö. Ensimmäinen kahdesta makuuhuoneesta sijaitsee tässä kerroksessa ja siinä on king-vuode, kun taas toisessa alakerran makuuhuoneissa on kaksi parivuodetta. Toisessa kerroksessa sijaitsevassa makuuhuoneessa on myös parisänky, ja siitä on upeasti upea näköala kipinöivälle Karibialle.

Our group loved our stay here. The house is not only spacious and beautiful, but the host team was very helpful and communicative with transportation services & easy check-in, their recommended chef service was amazing, and the housekeepers went above and beyond. Check-out instructions were extremely simple. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. They've also addressed replacing pots and pans per some other comments, as we had no issues.

The house worked out great for our extended family…5 adults, 2 kids. It is right across from the beach path and private pool added options. The housekeeping staff was amazing, keeping the place very clean. The management staff was there to check us in and answer any of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. They replaced a toaster that was not working and a broken beach chair within hours. The maintenance crew was quickly sent to deal with a sliding door not functioning. The large laundry new machines made it easy to pack light. The area itself was very secure and clean. Security rode around on scooters day and night and the streets were swept every day. A brand new set of pans in the kitchen made making meals at home easy. The knives could use a good sharpening though! Water was delivered as soon an empty bottle was left by the door. The dishwasher was not functioning correctly and a new one was ordered and should be there now! They delivered ice since a part did not arrive. There was salt and sugar and we left some spices and unopened groceries. We also left some beach and pool toys and a large beach sheet. Unfortunately, we could not use the beach our last 5 days since a blanket of sargassum covered the shore and water. It is very unusual for winter months and no fault of the owners. There was some earlier at the shore, but crews were able to remove it from the beach. Again, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive to any issues

Would like to start ouit with the Positive points. The house location was wonderful. You could see the ocean and public access was right there to walk on the beach. Mario and Marcello were very attentive to any needs during the stay. Playacar Fase 1 is such a nice quiet neighborhood and easily walkable to 5th Avenue. It is a 20 minute walk but it was nice. The negatives were- 3 times the electricity went out in the house . Each time got longer and longer. The night before we left we lost power at midnight and it never came back on before we left for the airport at 8 am. That means No Water and no flushing toilets. The other thing that really just needs replacing is cooking pans. I saw this comment on a previous review and still needs replacing . The pans were nearly not cookable. The last negative was the house on the corner on Saturdays and Sundays plays his loud speakers outside all day long . It was to the point on Sunday that we could not even have a good family discussion without yelling over the music. Overall it was a great week with wonderful memories. Playacar area is a wonderful area to be in.

The place was absolutely amazing!! We stayed for 7 days and had the most relaxing time. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The host was easily reachable on WhatsApp and responded so quickly. The beach is steps away and you can hear the ocean from the pool! Only downside for us was the cookware was worn but still got the job done!

Great Times, but Awful Smell with the Sargrasso

The stay would have easily been a 5 plus star rating except for the awful smell of the seaweed throughout the home and neighborhood. Unfortunately, it is Mother Nature and Playa experienced the worst "Sargrasso Season" in a long while.It left the beach unusable and the stench at times pretty unbareable. It was a ghost town. It had nothing to do with the home or property itself, just untimely. especially having booked for a 75th b day party 7 months in advance. Oh well, not the property manager or the home owners fault. The only other gripe I would have was that the pool was really merky and didnt look too clean when we arrived, which was also a huge bummer. They came immediately the following day and took care of it. Otherwise, the property and the grounds are AMAZING, we love the location and Playacar is or go-to spot when staying in Playa del Carmen.

Excellent vacation location

This was our first experience in Playa del Carmen not at an all inclusive resort. The area was very safe and we were able to walk to 5th ave safely. The house accommodated 7 people with no problems. The house was very clean.

Great Stay

Clean, strong AC, strong water pressure, hot water never ran out, and space was open. one minute to beach and 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Secure. The wifi and phone signals are not great but that is not something they can control.

Nice little spot in PDC

Overall property was good! Beds were comfortable, location was right across from the beach, pool was great. We ran into some hiccups with the dryer on the property not working but they worked to resolve that and got it working in a day. The toaster oven and grill also didn’t work great, but we managed and ate something else once we discovered that. We didn’t know when cleaners would be coming so that was kinda a surprise when it happened, but it was fine. The towels onsite was a nice luxury. Paper products were stocked but kitchen wasn’t stocked with the essentials as listed and the pots/pans were in rough shape. Overall a very nice spot and stay.

Great, but problems.

First floor bath not working, wifi not working, dryer broke, wifi fixed and broke again, door jamb broken and locked my son in room, other issues. In short, had to call a very courteous and responsive maintenance staff far too much for price paid for unit. Otherwise it would have been a perfect vacation.

Super villa à proximité de Playa Del Carmen

Nous avons adoré séjourner à Casa Miramar. Marcelo et Mercedes ont facilité notre arrivée et nous avons beaucoup aimé qu’ils prennent en charge notre transport de l’aéroport, et ce, à prix compétitif et dans le plus grand confort pour notre groupe.La villa est super belle, son emplacement à quelques pas de la plage est super pratique et nous permettait d’aller et venir entre la plage et la piscine avec les enfants avec grande aisance.Lors de notre séjour, PlayaCar a subit une panne générale d’électricité due à un bris de génératrice. Nous sommes restés sans courant et sans accès à l’eau pendant près de 15 heures. L'équipe de la villa ne nous a pas contacté proactivement suite à la panne et ne sont pas passé nous voir. Nous avons du les contacter pour leur en informer. Ils ont répondu à nos questions et nous ont proposé un hébergement alternatif si le problème persistait (suite à nos demandes) ce qui n'a pas été nécessaire. Nous savons très bien que ce problème n'était pas du tout de leur ressort mais nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de proactivité de leur part, ne serait-ce que pour nous offrir de l'eau pour le réservoir des toilettes ou pour nous proposer de pouvoir aller se doucher ailleurs. Heureusement, tout est rentré dans l'ordre.Autrement, super hébergement. Je recommande fortement!

Waking up in paradise

This was a beautiful and spacious property. It was a very short walk to the white sandy beach. The second floor balcony outside the master bedroom was my favorite place. It was shady and windy and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. I also loved that we could hear the waves from our bed. The neighborhood is close to lots of shops and restaurants, but it’s about half a mile until you get out of the neighborhood. The host helped us set up an amazing excursion. Security in the neighborhood was great and friendly. We felt very safe. I only wish the property had a few more supplies because we like to cook a lot and I felt like some basics were missing. I also wish the host had a welcome/recommendations book. There are so many restaurants and shops, it would be nice to know which ones are great and who delivers food to neighborhood. Uber eats did work.

The house and location were wonderful-the only surprise was the lack of basics for cooking. No salt, pepper, sugar or cooling oil. Beautiful views from deck and patio and quick easy access to the beach. Found some wonderful food in town and all of us loved our time there.

Our month-long stay at Casa Miramar was nothing short of amazing! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The home is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and it had all the amenities needed for a truly comfortable stay.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals, making dining in just as enjoyable as exploring local restaurants. The villa’s private pool was a wonderful place to relax, and being just a few steps from a stunning beach made it even better.One of our favorite spots was the rooftop terrace—comfortable sofas, plenty of shade, and a breathtaking view of the Gulf. Whether sipping morning coffee or watching the sunset, it was the perfect place to unwind.Casa Miramar truly offers the ideal vacation experience. We can’t wait to return!

Great stay!

Property is beautiful, maybe nicer than pictured. Location was perfect for us, a bit of a walk to 5th Av, but very do-able and we got our steps in all week. I think being a block off of the beach may be better than being right on the beach - which was very crowded when we were there. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi, and maybe this is common in the area, but it was poor all week. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, but would not plan on working!

Playa Girls Trip

Loved our Girls Colorado reunion after 45 yrs of friendship! Relaxed and hit the beach daily with wind down music and cocktails by the pool! We cooked a lot which we love, dinner at our fav Romeo’s & Ilios & had plenty of comfy space to spread out at the house. Easy access to taxis walking or by pick up and extremely responsive & friendly property managers! Only downside was we needed newer kitchen knives , pans and toaster but easy things to correct next time! We’ll be back for sure! Highly recommend Casa Miramar!!

Perfect for relaxing and hanging out

We had a wonderful time at the house, spending time at the beach and the pool and enjoying a special family dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Stay at Casa Miramar!

We really enjoyed our stay with my hubby, adult children and their friend and my 89 year old mother-in -law. The hosts were extremely receptive to the minor issues that we had and the villa is beautiful and spacious and right across the street from the beach. There is not much beach at that location so you do need to walk down a bit to the right for a better beach but it was very convenient. The villa is well appointed with a few minor exceptions but the hosts responded immediately and took care of everything we requested, including bringing us a TV for one of the bedrooms that did not have one. We would happily visit again.
