”We spend a few nights here just to relax and have a good time. And that we did! Overall, a comfortable experience where we did get our monies worth. The hotel itself was clean, and well cared for. The waiters and other workers were super welcoming. Must say that we got exceptional service from Fernando, he was amazing! In addition, it was super easy to visit the other reef resorts. The beaches there were good, and everything went smoothly. You're also allowed to eat and drink at the sister...

”Great new hotel with the best location in Playa del Carmen. Room was comfortable and spacious. Beach, shops, many good restaurants very short walking distance away + big supermarket downstairs. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is one of the best in central Playa del Carmen! For the purpose of my trip the hotel was perfect. It’s a shopping mall type of setting so not the most cozy or romantic if that’s what you’re looking for, but other than that I would recommend...

Uima-allas katolla oli todella hieno ja rauhallisempi paikka makoiluun kuin läheinen hiekkaranta. Uima-altaan aurinkotuolipaikat saattavat olla kiireisinä aikoina täynnä. Maksullinen aamiainen oli hyvä ja tarpeeksi monipuolinen, mutta ei vaihdellut juuri lainkaan päivästä toiseen. Ainoat miinukset annan siitä, että neljännen kerroksen...

”Nice hotel close to everything that Play Del Carmen offers. The atmosphere was very nice and the rooftop pool area also. Towels need a renew. The staff could be more into helping and serving as working in the hotel hospitality. ”

”My kids really enjoyed every second of this vacations. The rooms were big and comfortable. The service was top notch. We enjoyed all the shows that were offered specially the one on Tuesday. The pijama breakfast was an amazing experience, but they did not offer as much as in the spatula restaurant. The food in good burger and the pizza place were amazing all the other restaurants were at hit or miss depending on the day. Overall, we enjoyed everything about this resort. ”
