”We spend a few nights here just to relax and have a good time. And that we did! Overall, a comfortable experience where we did get our monies worth. The hotel itself was clean, and well cared for. The waiters and other workers were super welcoming. Must say that we got exceptional service from Fernando, he was amazing! In addition, it was super easy to visit the other reef resorts. The beaches there were good, and everything went smoothly. You're also allowed to eat and drink at the sister...

”Erittäin tasokas ja siisti, viihtyisä huone ja ihanat suihkutuotteet, hyvä palvelu, kaunis miljöö, erinomaisella sijainnilla kauppakadusta ja rannasta, kiva allasalue sekä viidakossa maantasalla että katolla allasbaarin palveluiden kera. Aamiainen oli yksinkertainen: yksi lämmin annos ja juoma.”

”Hotelli oli todella siisti sekä sisältä että ulkoa. Hotellin yhteydessä tai sen välittömässä läheisyydessä oli kaupan kaikkea, mitä lomalla voi tarvita. Uima-allas katolla oli todella hieno ja rauhallisempi paikka makoiluun kuin läheinen hiekkaranta. Uima-altaan aurinkotuolipaikat saattavat olla kiireisinä aikoina täynnä. Maksullinen aamiainen oli hyvä ja tarpeeksi monipuolinen, mutta ei vaihdellut juuri lainkaan päivästä toiseen. Ainoat miinukset annan siitä, että neljännen kerroksen...

”I feel sorry for this hotel, but as many have recently commented, the VERY noisy bar/nightclub across the street is a major problem. Even using ear plugs didn't really help, as you could still hear the music and almost feel the bass. Otherwise the hotel was nice and staff were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful.”

”Very large room for the price, the rooftop pool was nice and cold but it had a building in construction obstructing the view of the sea. Altogether a nice stay close to all of the action. The kitchen was functional and well supplied except it could have done with some cleaning supplies to wash up dishes.”

”Great new hotel with the best location in Playa del Carmen. Room was comfortable and spacious. Beach, shops, many good restaurants very short walking distance away + big supermarket downstairs. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is one of the best in central Playa del Carmen! For the purpose of my trip the hotel was perfect. It’s a shopping mall type of setting so not the most cozy or romantic if that’s what you’re looking for, but other than that I would recommend...

”Nice hotel close to everything that Play Del Carmen offers. The atmosphere was very nice and the rooftop pool area also. Towels need a renew. The staff could be more into helping and serving as working in the hotel hospitality. ”
