”The staff is amazing. During the cartel conflict, we were suppose to stay in the hotel and not go out for 2 days. Most stores were closed. The ones that are open are The staff bought us food, gave us coffee, really took care of us. Room is big and clean. The swimming pool is nice and the rooftop area has many seatings. ”

”Nice building in a residential area away from party life in Puerta Vallarta, but still super walkable. Almost no elevation change to head to the ocean. Lots of fresh produce, meat and fish within blocks. There is a super great variety of street food and restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. Super clean suite with modern plumbing and a/c. The plunge pool on the roof is a great way to cool off. I’d absolutely stay here again.”

”The Hacienda San Angel is a gorgeous property with amazing views and beautiful spaces including the rooms, courtyards and three stunning pools. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Our room was attended to multiple times per day with fresh towels and chocolates in abundance. Luis made sure our breakfasts were wonderful and gave us great travel tips to start each day. ”We loved our stay at Rivera del Rio. Our room was great (Zelda). We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sound of the river and watching people go by. We also loved the rooftop pool and bar. Ruben is the best! And Victor was an amazing host and helped us book another stay while we were there.”

”Stunning views. Lovely hotel inside with lots of attractive features.Nice staff and enjoyed the breakfast. Quiet a steep hill which might be an issue if you have limited mobility but fine for most people and taxis are cheap. Loved it!”
