Playa Roca Blanca: Opastetut kierrokset ja aktiviteetit

First of all they left our luggage at our door and not in our room when we arrived! There are gaps in the door, AC did not get cold enough, and there was one day where were couldn’t get into our room because the key would not work for almost 2 hours! Then they cancelled my daughter’s room without her knowledge and blamed it on her bank that cancelled it, they would not refund her money back! We will not stay there again!

Such a wonderful and top of the line all inclusive resort! Staff knew your name after the first day! It was a perfect getaway for us!

Great place and great food. The rooms are great side too,
