”Staff was very nice and I was able to check in early. My room was clean and a/c worked great, but I was ground floor with no windows (if you want a view, avoid room 100). I waited nearly 25 minutes in the morning and still couldn t get my breakfast (breakfast is prepared on demand from a menu, no buffet). So I had to leave without eating as I was late. Hotel is really central. Perfect to explore the old tiwn with plenty of good restaurants around.”

Our room was so comfortable, the generous credit at the restaurant was great, and we loved being in the middle of things while still having a quiet oasis to come home to every night and relax. Can’t recommend this place enough for a romantic, peaceful stay in a beautiful spot.”

We received a free massage upon arrival and the quality of services was superb! The staff is welcoming and friendly. And the location is perfect to explore Cartagena. Highly recommend!!!”

”Stayed for two nights here because my flight got cancelled. Glad I chose this place because it was great. The rooms are very nice. Perfect location in the middle of Cartagena walled city. 3 blocks from the Clock Tower. Close to many shopping and dining options. Very secure and staff on site 24/7. They were very kind and helpful. No guests allowed so if you bring company they will not allow it. Overall, this place is fantastic.”

Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. ”
