âStaying at Ixum for the night was a treat! Lorea and all the staff were kind, present, eager to make this experience an unforgettable one! The food (and the dirty horchata) was incredible. I had to walk to take the bus, but my GPS was out of control and brought me back to the hotel after 25 minutes walk under the sun. They drove me to the bus station. Will definitely go back asap!â
âThe receptionist was arrogant. The hotel advertises that it is pet friendly, but in reality it is not. The pet must not be left alone in the room for even a minute. An impossible equation with a pet not used to the heat of Mexico.â
âIt is a lovely hotel with great staff and excellent location near the ADO bus station. A green oasis in the middle of the town. Nice Mexican breakfast made to order and served on table with good coffee and even lactose free milk. Really nice and personal stay.â
