”Nice building in a residential area away from party life in Puerta Vallarta, but still super walkable. Almost no elevation change to head to the ocean. Lots of fresh produce, meat and fish within blocks. There is a super great variety of street food and restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. Super clean suite with modern plumbing and a/c. The plunge pool on the roof is a great way to cool off. I’d absolutely stay here again.”

”The Hacienda San Angel is a gorgeous property with amazing views and beautiful spaces including the rooms, courtyards and three stunning pools. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Our room was attended to multiple times per day with fresh towels and chocolates in abundance. Luis made sure our breakfasts were wonderful and gave us great travel tips to start each day. ”We loved our stay at Rivera del Rio. Our room was great (Zelda). We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sound of the river and watching people go by. We also loved the rooftop pool and bar. Ruben is the best! And Victor was an amazing host and helped us book another stay while we were there.”

”The cave room is seriously something special. I don’t know the story but it must have been someone’s home years and years ago. You can tell they put a lot of thought and intention (and money!) into building this unique space. It’s the perfect little oasis nestled into the mountain. Sure the finishes are older and you're basically sleeping outside (lol) but once you’re used to the sounds at night, I always felt safe and slept like a baby! This Boutique Hotel is modern, quiet, and clean, with excellent staff. The restaurant was open to 2:00 PM each day and is great for breakfast and lunch.”
