”This is an authentic cottage with all the amenities you might need for a great weekend stay near Plum Island. The host was responsive and timely in messaging and made us feel welcome. All the necessary items were there and we really liked the cozy beach vibe and skylights that made the main area bright. E would definitely love to return and stay longer. ”

”Beach view unobstructed in back. Spotless. Surprisingly roomy. Clear directions for stay. Great location for access to beach and access to great shops and restaurants in Newburyport. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely go again.”

”Very nice property. Bathrooms are small but adequate. Room was spacious and very clean.
We asked for handicapped accessible way in advance and person I spoke to wrote down that we needed a shower bench ( we did not need the bench!) - abd there was no handrail! So for the two days we were there my handicapped husband could not shower.”

”The property looks like it’s going through a renovation but the bathrooms aren’t complete, they should let guests know that prior to checking in. Pillows were not great bed was just ok I wouldn’t recommend”

”Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer ”

”Small, cozy place that was outfitted incredibly well, decorated well with warm, neutral colors, and was extremely comfortable. I will definitely go back to this place if I'm looking to overnight in Newburyport again!!!”
