”I liked that I could always get them on the phone, I did not like that the TV did not work and would take a week to fix or I could move to a different room. By that time I was already settled in. ”Yulia was great and stayed in communication regarding all aspects of the stay. The property was charming and there was enough sleeping accommodations for 5 people comfortably. The location was safe and security was on-site and aware every time we passed through. We checked in after midnight and had 0 issues and checked out similarly without. The location was midtown and made access to tour easy. There were also no homeless lingering around the property which we did see throughout many areas...

”Room had problem with Roaches. Complain several times before transferring to a better room on our last night of stay.
