”Just enjoyed my 1st time here. Without a doubt it’s one of the top 3 hotel rooms Ive had in 20 years of nonstop travel as a factory sales representative in 15 states. Most upper end hotel chains are removing coffee machines. This one puts a netspresso machine in its beautiful rooms that also have operating gas fireplaces, snacks, comfy chairs and a lttle bottle of wine. Bathrooms have both a shower and bathtub! Front staff checked me in at 8:30pm and was engaging with a sincere warm...

”The room was clean, but the outside of the building our room was in, behind the inn, was run down and the back of the inn was in disrepair. Not a very pleasant experience. ”

”The room was immaculate and very spacious! The TV in the living area would not work but the TV in the bedroom worked fine. Could not access the internet. Directions on how to use the TV and listing the password for the internet would be very helpful.”

”The rooms are fresh and spotlessly clean. Great views of the Annisquam River. Nice location outside of town. The staff was fantastic. We love the marina vibe. We stayed in January when the restaurant is only open a couple of days a week - we'll hit that up next time. We dined nearby at The Causeway - great local spot, small and BYOB.”

”Room was fine but there was a very very strange banging noise all night long above us. I should have reported it when it was ongoing but I didn’t. When I did report it, that staff stated they would look into it. ”

”The room was very clean. The restaurant had a good menu selection, the free breakfast was generous with lots of choices and fresh baked pastries. The bar was fun with Trivia on Tuesday night. The Inn is well maintained and has lots of charm!”

”It was a great stay other than the fact there property management was blowing the parking lot off and blew all the dirt and rocks all over many people's vehicles and I told the guy at the front desk and he said there was probably 5 other people who also complained and would let the manager know”
