”The lobby staff was very nice and friendly. The noise from the highway and other customers went right through the walls from 2-4am. Other than that, it was newly renovated yet provides no coffee (although there is a DD across the parking lot that opens at 4 am). ”

”Huone oli mökkimäinen ja söpö, toimii varmasti loistavasti kesäaikaan. Oma vierailumme sattui marras-joulukuun vaihteeseen jolloin varsin kylmä ajanjakso. Huoneessa oli lämmityslaite joka oli hyvin äänekäs eikä sitä siksi voinut öisin pitää päällä joten yöt olivat viileät. Lisäksi lämmintä vettä ei riittänyt edes neljän ihmisen peseytymiseen päivässä. Housekeeping ei ollut saatavilla päivittäin, pyyheliinoja oli silti aina riittävästi. Yhteydenpito motellin johtajan kanssa hoitui sähköpostitse...

”Right on the beach strip, can walk to everything on the beach. Simple but clean rooms. Heated pool although we didn’t use. Parking is two blocks away but easy enough to get to and from after you’ve unloaded in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay again for either a beach day or local event. ”

”I’m grateful to find this room available on a random trip. I was tired of traveling and needed to sleep. The room was very clean but not well equipped for October temperatures. A sheet and one skinny blanket did little to keep me warm enough through the night. Otherwise, I had a terrific hot shower in the morning. ”

”Building is older, a little more run down. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Aside from that the staff working there were wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay!”

”Was a cute room. Its not the biggest or nicest place, but it was perfect for my one night in Hampton Beach. Room was clean, felt comfortable and safe, and had a nice deck area to hang outside on and watch the ocean and sunrise. ”

”Conveniently located, can see the boardwalk from the front porch!! More than enough room for 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived early (930am), planning to spend the day at the beach then check in. We stopped by the office to see if we could park at the location so we didn't have to move the car again, and to our surprise, they checked us in then!! Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going up to Hampton Beach.”

”Perfect setting and location for our visit. Around the corner from the beach and a two minute drive to Parker River WMA.”

”Loved the home - it felt like being home at the end of a long day shopping and doing many things in town. Clean! Just wish the towels were ready and set in the bathrooms and instructions left on what to do with used towels and if the garbage should have been taken out. Basement was stinky. Other than that, wonderful place and setup - sooooo close to town and convenient!”
