”Everything was fine, just keep in mind you are paying for convenience. The rooms are tiny, we didn’t have hot water, and the tv was mostly just static. BUT the employees were super kind and helpful, the room was clean, the free breakfast was decent, and the bar made a pretty good pina colada. So no major complaints, just keep your expectations in check.”

”The property is well maintained, the staff was cordial and friendly. The breakfast was a standard buffet, bread was terrible. The $45 dollar stay fee is deceiving, you get a $10 shop credit and a $12 bar/restaurant credit but every thing is overpriced. A bottle of water is $ 4.85 and across the street you can get it for $1.50. The strategy is force you to use your credit but you end paying more . The beach is about 10 minutes away and you are lucky if can get the chair and umbrella the hotel...

”We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan! The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to isla verde beach and less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, tours have this location as a pick up spot making it incredibly convenient. The amenities were fantastic, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. ”Bali Posh Isla Verde, conveniently situated near the airport in Carolina, boasts easy access to the Isla Verde Beach and a short drive to Old San Juan and other metropolitan area locations. The rooms were cleaned, the staff very friendly, and the common areas were well maintained. The pool and bar area were particularly nice. My fiancée and I had an amazing time here and would definitely stay again if we visit this area again.”
