Aivan rannalla sijaitseva huoneisto, mukavan rauhallista lokakuun alussa. Sää mahtava ja meri lämmintä ja aurinkotuolit ja -varjot vapaasti käytettävissä hotellin rannalla. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Meren läheisyys ja maisema oli kaunis., Sviitti oli juuri remontoitu ja raikas. Teimme itse aamupalan ja ruokia, keittiö toimi siinä loistavasti. Paikan henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Kaikki he halusivat, että meillä on hyvä loma. Tien puolella makuuhuoneeseen kantautui liikenteen äänet. Aamupala tarjonta näytti hyvältä, olisin voinut käyttää myös sitä palvelua.

Rauhallinen ja siisti. Rannan äärellä, hienot maisemat. Kauppa ja bussipysäkki 5 min. Henkilökunta mahtavaa, teki kaikkensa viihtyvyyden eteen. Aamupala hyvä. Kuljetuspalvelu lentokentältä ja takaisin kannattaa ottaa. Edullinen, matka oli n puoli tuntia, mukava kuljettaja Niko. Suosittelen.

Cozy hotel right at the beach
The hotel was right on the beach, which was wonderful, since you could walk to the beach in your swimsuite. The beach was private, so there was always room. We could use the hotels sun chairs and inflatable mattresses, which was great. The water wasn't the clearest, there were some plants washing to the beach, but it was still nice to swim in it. The room had a huge king size bed in it, which was in my opinion a bit too large to the room. We had a tiny balcony with a little table and chairs on it. There were plates and cups and a fridge and a water kettle in the room, but in reality there was no chance we could fit in there to eat for example breakfast. The room was cleaned I think every other day, but not once did they clean our drinking glasses or plates. (which would have been nice, since we couldn't wash the dishes ourselves.) The staff was very nice, but we felt like they gave us too much attention. They were greeting us all the time even if we had met just five minutes ago.

Siisti pieni apartement majoitus. Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilöstö. Majoitupaikka sijiatsee aivan rannalla. Lähialueella palveluja niukasti, pari pientä ruokakauppaa, leipomo ja muutama ravintola.

Great place by the sea
Zanic apartments was allover great experience. Good value for the money. Breakfast on the balcony was a great way to start the day and the beach right outside was peacefull. There are couple of good restaurants near by and few supermarkets. Bus stop is 50m away.

The apartments are right on the beach and beautiful. They are a bit south of “downtown” Split, which I enjoyed as Split is quite busy. And an easy Uber ride away. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend a stay.

Amazing sunsets....
Danijela was an amazing hostess who cared about making you feel at home away from home. Her English was very good and the studio apt was literally right at the seashore. The apt was very clean, compact and functional with a bar fridge and kitchen cooking element with sink. The outdoor covered patio overlooking the Adriatic sea was amazing to spend an afternoon or evening. There are a few good restaurants and grocery stores withing 5-10 minutes walking. Breakfast served on the outdoor terrace was perfect each day and quite filling. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here next time I visit Podstrana. It's truly a family owned business that cares about first class service to its customers....

Perfect apartment on a quiet beach that has everything you need. Staff is super friendly and breakfast on the terrace is a treat. Without traffic about a 20 min drive to Split center for touristy visit. Great restaurants within walking distance. We will be back.

I would highly recommend staying here. We did 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing throughout the stay and it felt like a home away from home. This property is located on a beautiful beach with great dining options nearby. Breakfast every morning was delicious and plentiful. Our room was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. Private balcony with an incredible view of the sea. The staff are amazing. All so friendly and helpful. They even did our laundry. It has a real family vibe. We were sad to leave.

Et perfekt opphold
Jeg har aldri før skrevet en anmeldelse men gjør det nå i håp om å gi Zanic apartments oppmerksomheten det fortjener. Jeg og en venninne ankom stedet flere timer før innsjekk, likevel var rommet klart etter 10 minutter da vi i mellomtiden satt og ventet der vi fikk kaffe og kaker. Beliggenheten var super da stranden var rett utenfor, restauranter og butikker var rett i nærheten. Vi bodde på et av de mindre rommene men størrelsen var ikke et problem. Sengen var komfortabel, Netflix tilgang på TV-en, fungerende internett og aircondition. Vi valgte å inkludere frokost på vårt opphold. Det ble servert omelett, brød, pålegg, kaffe, te, plommer og ulike kaker. Dette kunne vi nyte på det vakre utestedet frokosten ble servert, med utsikt over havet. Selv om hotellet i seg selv var alt vi håpte på så er det personalet som fortjener oppmerksomheten. Som to unge kvinner (22 år) følte vi oss trygge og ivaretatt. Personalet var alltid tilgjengelige og passet på at alt skulle være perfekt til enhver tid. Om man ønsker å forlate Podstrana for å oppleve nattelivet i Split, shopping, restauranter eller utforske historiske bygninger og arkitektur er det en kort busstur unna eller så kan man ta en bolt/ uber noe vi gjorde mye. Jeg anbefaler å komme hit om det så er på jentetur, familietur eller hva enn det skulle være. Her vil jeg definitivt komme tilbake!

Fabulous stay
Fantastic 7 night stay.Danielle Mickey and Maria looked after us like we were family! We stayed in a small room with very adequate facilities (kettle fridge cutlery glasses and cups) to suit our needs. Could not fault this place Wi-Fi perfect! Bus stops right outside to split 20/30 mins traffic permitting really cheep and Omis. Beautiful walks along the beach or along main road to quiet but atmospheric bars and restaurants. Sunset views .Would recommend or return if we were lucky,without a doubt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen - zwar an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, davon bekommt man aber wenig mit, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Meerseite hat. Direkt vor der Tür fahrend drei Buslinien innerhalb von 20 Minuten nach Split, so dass man nicht unbedingt ein Auto benötigt. Mehrere gute Restaurants sind fußläufig über den Strand zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer wurde vor nicht allzulanger Zeit renoviert und hatte alles, was man in einem Appartement benötigt. Liegen und Sonnenschirm sind inklusive. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, so dass man sich jederzeit willkommen fühlt.

What a great value! We had a fabulous room (kitchen, den, 2 baths, and bedroom) with a very comfortable bed and nice size balcony. All 30 yards from the ocean. Also had nice breakfast. Staff was more than friendly. Price was very low. Recommend this lodging HIGHLY.

Great beach and area to decompress. Danijela and her team are so welcoming ! Excellent breakfast. Good restaurants near by for dinner or trip to the supermarket. Easy access to public transportation.

Wij hebben deze accommodatie geboekt voor vijf nachten en hadden een kamer met zicht op zee en balkon. Het uitzicht is prachtig! Je vergeet meteen dat het hotel zich langs een drukke weg bevindt. De kamer had een mooie keuken en al het materiaal was voorzien. Op enkele meters bevinden zich twee winkels. Bovendien is het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er hangt een familiale sfeer en zijn eerlijk en oprecht bij zaken die ze voorstellen. Ook kan je gebruik maken van luchtmatrassen, ligstoelen,… Het enige nadeel is de kleinere parking. Wij hadden enkele keren geen plaats en parkeerde ons langs de weg waarbij we niet altijd een veilig gevoel hadden. Als de parking volzet was, dan kan je parkeren op de openbare parking en betalen ze het ticket gewoon terug. Het is een verblijfplaats om zeker te onthouden bij een terugkeer naar Kroatië.

Familjehotell vid stranden
Ett familjärt hotell med bra frukost och personlig service. Ligger direkt vid stranden och man har tillgång till solstolar och parasoll (gratis).

Härlig och varm värdfamilj som tog hand om oss på bästa sätt! Fint, litet rum med balkong med havsutsikt. Boendet ligger nära busshållplats och bara några fotsteg från havet. Fin frukost!

Alles wunderbar!
Das Apartement liegt direkt am Strand, die Lage ist super. Sauberkeit war top, der Service 1A. Wir waren eine Woche hier und haben alles sehr genossen. Danijela ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und kostenlose Liegestühle & Sonnenschirme liegen vor.

Beach vacay
The ladies in reception were wonderful. Made you feel really welcome and offered free coffee and juice when we arrived. The apartment was really clean and had all we needed in the kitchen except dish washing liquid and kitchen towels. Good AC and the beach is right out the back door. They have a private cove with free beach chairs. Really happy with our stay.

HELT AMAZING HOTEL! FAMILJEHOTELL
Wow!! Allting var så himla bra med detta hotellet. Allt från inchecking, rum, frukost och så vidare. Servicen är toppen. Tog hand om oss och ville göra allt för oss. Fick låna mobilladdare hela veckan för jag glömde min hemma. Köpte frukost till oss för vi skulle åka till ÖN Brac tidigt på morgon. Blev Uppvaktade oss hela tiden :) helt magisk utsikt när man åt frukost. Stranden ligger bara trappa ner där det ligger små restauranger. Vi hyrde bil och fick gratis parkering som det fanns då. Rent och fräsch och daglig städning och fanns det något vi fattades på rummet så fixade dom det direkt. Rekommendera detta hotellet.

Nice place
Nice facility, more like apartments than hotel. Good location, close to Split. Beach right outside. Lots of steps, with no wc or shower on the beach. We paid for hotel parking, but were told it's actually free. Could have taken breakfast instead, although we got the first one for free :) For yolk lovers - eggs on breakfast everyday!
