”an old historic building with very thin walls without sound proofing or insulation. Room 4 is on the ground floor, next to sidewalk and the restaurant next door. It was quiet by 11:30 (on a Monday night). Expedia reservation was of no help trying to get access to the remote, virtual check in process because the front door requires a four-digit code (not set prior to my visit). "I picked this hotel mainly for its convenient location near the national mall. However I was surprised by the sheer quality of the hotel in and of itself. The room was nice and the bed really comfortable. The Ipad was also a great way to control all aspects of the room conveniently! I didn‘t try out the breakfast or other dining opportunities nor the hotel gym, so rating those aspects is rather difficult. Otherwise the hotel was in total a really great one and definetly where I‘d stay if I come back to D.C in the future! "
