”The only issue I had during my stay was when their system was down upon our arrival and all of the check-in's had to be done manually. We did get a room, however around 10:00 that night we heard someone coming into our hotel room and it was another guest and their family. The front desk gave them the same room we had and activated their key to our room. When I called downstairs, they did apologize but since they activated our cards for another guest, they de-activated our room cards and I had to...

”Selling two bedroom suites but not having those when checking in. And when checking in, they didnt have any idea hiw to address the situation where I had booked room they dont have. Got two separate rooms after all which was OK, but kot what we paid originally for. ”

”The front desk workers was real friendly especially Kevin very helpful young man. What I didn't like that there parking fees on the Marriott property I stayed in October and they did not charge I think that now it is taking away from wanting to stay there because of the extra fees in parking.”
