”Nice property with restaurants and bars within walking distance. We appreciated that the property was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend the Fernando Flats 😀”

”When I arrived to check in on October 15, the gentleman at the front desk told me he was sorry, but there were no rooms available with two beds. I explained that my reservation was for two beds and showed him my confirmation online, which clearly stated that. He told me the only option available was a king bed and a sofa bed. ”Overall, the accommodations were excellent. My only request would be to have the hours to purchase food/coffee/wine hours be extended.”

”Selling two bedroom suites but not having those when checking in. And when checking in, they didnt have any idea hiw to address the situation where I had booked room they dont have. Got two separate rooms after all which was OK, but kot what we paid originally for. ”

”Bon emplacement, personnel agréable”

”Good price/quality ratio. Breakfast ok. One problem in the room: The closet in the room was not mounted to the wall and was shaking dangerously when used. ”

”Inspect your room. We were going to a conference and did a quick check in as we would return past midnight. Big mistake upon return the bathroom doors didn’t closed there was no lights in the bathroom and the night lamps didn’t work. The front desk moved us to a different room when we raised the issue the next morning. The second room was ok.”

”The staff was friendly and accommodating & hotel driver was a huge convenience in getting around West Palm. The rooftop pool felt like something straight out of the South of France, and the spa was a relaxing treat. Dinner at Pastis was a highlight, must try the Stone Crabs, Lobster Frites, and Filet Mignon. A special thank you to Kara and Louis at the front desk. They surprised us with a bottle of wine & cake for a birthday stay. Will be back!”
