”Stayed over the holidays with my husband and little boy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room they gave us was on the first floor so everything was very easily accessible. The room itself was clean, spotless even, and all the facilities worked. The pool area was nice, even though it was fairly small. We had it to ourselves most of the time, though. Hint: take your own towels to the poolside, the ones they hand out are the size of stamps! ;) The kitchen inside the room was well...

When we arrived at the front desk, there was a sign on the wall that said breakfast is just a grab and go (snack bar/coffee/hot water.) so the following morning, when we went for “breakfast” at 6:10am, the front desk person said they were out of snack bars. Don’t expect food. They have nothing. The rooms stink of weed, The drinking water station is filthy The stove is broken and old. They don’t keep the pots, plates, spoons, glasses in the room. You have to carry...

”The room had an unpleasant smell. The sheets smelled strange. As soon as I entered, there was a puddle of water coming from the mini fridge! There was an ice machine near my room, and I heard it running all night long. The floors were dirty. I put a white towel on the floor, but it turned black from the bottom. The room rug was also quite dirty. ”

”The room I stayed in is in dire need of refurbishment. The metalwork on the lights and furniture is rusty, the drawers were dirty inside so I ended up having to put everything in plastic bags to use them. There was a thick coating of dust on the surfaces and some of the surfaces were sticky. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the bath safety mat made me squeamish. The floors were dirty but the carpet surrounding the bed was worse and likely hasn't been cleaned in a very long time; my feet...

”Nice property with spacious rooms—but slightly on the darker side inside because of the way the property is laid out. It’s on a busy road so expect some road noise, but it’s also convenient to beaches & attractions.”

”I wasn’t able to check into my room till 10 pm due to the inconvenience of the staff and they did not want to cancel my reservation or accommodate me ”

”The A/C had issues and room was too cold or too hot left with sore throat. Was not too clean found hair in shower and sink. Floor was also kind of sticky. 3 floor smelled bad for the 3 days like an old folks home. Definitely not worth $175 a night.”
