”The roof of our room on the "tower" side moldy and when it started raining the roof leaked all over my stuff. The receptionist took a 5 $ deposit for the keys but when we checked out she didn't return it not even when we asked for it. The male staff were very nice but this woman was not cooperative. The main side was comfy and nice and the restaurant offered cheap and tasty traditional meals, also the breakfast was superb.”

”The hotel is good. Nothing fancy or breathtaking, but if you are looking a normal hotel in which everything works, this one is fine. Location is goos in La Fortuna's center and view to the volcano is great. Our only trouble was, that we had booked for four people (two adults and two kids) and the biggest room they had was with only three beds. So it was really crowded to sleep. ”Secreto la Fortuna was nice Hotel with a perfect location. Staff was friendly and really helpful and Spike english pretty well. Hotel is built quite recently so the garden is going to be much nicer than it is right now. No complains!”
