”Very good security and staff - rooms are very nice”

”There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”

”The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together”

”The staff’s check-in attitude was unprofessional. While I was waiting in line, he allowed the men to cut in front of me. When I pointed this out, I was surprised that he did not apologize; instead, he seemed to blame me for the situation.”

”I do not recommend this hotel, it's old and outdated.Guests were awakened out of their sleep due to a fire alarm caused by a water leak. There were trash cans in the hallway near my room collecting water from the ceiling. Room was not clean.”

”The property is well maintained. The room was very spacious, clean and had all my needed amenities. Staff were courteous and helpful.”

”Stayed here for fan expo not a bad drive to Philadelphia convention center. The hotel was very clean and quiet the 2 important thing to me and breakfast was perfect just enough variety.”

”This place used to be a best western. TheThe best western had an amazing hot breakfast.The breakfast at spark is pretty lame and I actually would not stay there again for that reason. Otherwise, it was clean and well stocked, but the pool had way too much chlorine in it.Which was a serious irritant”

”The Delta hotel appeared to be a beautiful, four star hotel, the beds were extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. However, for the amount of money I paid for the room, there was a sticky substance on the carpet. In places, two of the lights did not work, the remote control did not work, and the bathroom fan would not turn off.”

”We only stayed a night but it worked perfectly for our quick trip.”

”A very good hotel in central location. Great front desk service. Beds were a bit too soft for my taste but that’s basically the only downside, everything else was close to perfect. Within walking distance from everything! Recommend!”
