”Hotel Desertica is one of the nicest hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in. The location is 10/10, the staff are so friendly and the rooms are unique and luxury. My wife was ill for a day and the staff prepared off-menu chicken soup to make her better and provided local medicinal tea, which really helped. We had to change hotels due to availability but was so unimpressed by the alternative that we returned and spent the rest of our trip at Hotel Desertica. 5* all round!!”

”Lovely property. It is modern but infused with all the local designs and artifacts. We had the farthest room in the hotel, so the walk back and forth from the entrance wasn’t that much fun. But guess someone has to have it. The restaurant could have a little for variety in the food but then the downtown is only a few minutes away (either by car that we had or the complimentary shuttle) with many more restaurants. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at Cumbres and was a perfect ”

”Place is beautiful, very clean but my room had a very foul smell coming from the bathroom drainage not sure if it was from the shower or from the sink or a combination, We reported it and the person in charge very promptly went to the room to take care of it but eventually smell came back . Included Breakfast was wonderful with nice variety of high quality food items, tea and wine tasting offerings was also excellent. I asked for an hour of late check out as their check out time is at 11:00 am...
