”The basement was great for what we needed. A landing place after a fun day of adventures! The view of Pikes Peak from the living room and kitchen was stellar!! There were so many extra blankets provided and they were warm! We needed to use them because per the listing there is no central heating (and maybe even no AC for cooling as we are not sure since it was cooler and didn’t need AC we don’t know) and the space heater worked, but we needed more (from Texas ;)). They provide ear plugs which is...

”This is a basement apartment, as indicated in the description. However, the instructions for accessing the basement are unclear. The surrounding area is not particularly attractive, with no landscaping. You can park one sedan along the street, but when we arrived with two sedans, we encountered some parking difficulties. There is an additional parking area available, but it's on a slightly elevated ground, making it suitable only for SUVs. It can accommodate two SUVs. This apartment is not ideal...
