”The lobby smelled like fresh fabuloso so it was great, the entire 3rd floor however smelled like mold/musk now, in all transparency, I got a smoking room but the air in the room was stuffy, thick and moldy and the vent in the bathroom didn’t work so there was no relief. There were holes in the blanket and the 2 pillows were ridiculously flat. And lastly I found a lot of hair in the bathroom around the sink. The staff that checked me in/out and housekeeping was very nice though.”

”We had to call a number in order to check in and to get ice which was a little inconvenient but didn't have to wait long. For a newer hotel, it has not greatly maintained. Our bathroom ceiling looked as if it had been repaired (poorly repainted) and then had someone come check it while we were there stating there was a leak above us. Overall it wasn't a bad place to stay, a lot of eating and shopping options in the area. Also, it was not a long Uber ride to the Stockyards area. We would stay...

”Staff was very nice, but the condition of the hotel was not good. Our toilet door didn't close properly and when it did, the door locked from the inside and we were locked out. The bathroom smelled moldy. There were huge white stains in our blankets. The breakfast was bad even for a complimentary breakfast, they ran out of most things before the breakfast time was over (juice, fruit, coffee, forks, butter) and and the tables were dirty. Seemed like no one was looking after the breakfast area...
