”On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled. Initially the front door had been kicked in. Then we made it to the bedroom where bedding was dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed since last used. It was also falling apart. The bathroom had sticky stains on the floor alongside mould in the shower, tap and window. The mould...

”The standard double is very small and you can’t check in ahead of time. One of the days the breakfast was a bit late coming out and the line for coffee can get quite long in the morning as they only have one machine and no drip. Overall, minor inconveniences, but not a bad stay.”
