The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"I booked the property for overnight on 30 th May 2026 but didn't receive a code via SMS or email and so had to book another hotel. The fault is either with the property or Hotel.com or both. Either way they have not performed as part of their contract with me and have refused to refund me as a loyal ..."
