”Personnel was very friendly. The interior of the hotel was cheery and creative. Breakfast was delicious and various, moreover many kind of coffees. ”

”We booked two standard rooms for four nights last week. The first room was ok despite that there was no view except a smoked window to the opposite wall. The other room was very dirty. Walls, floor and the carpet were in awful condition. I got a new room and that was like the other one but now clean. However in the same evening I noticed that the bath towel on the towel rail was bloody - meaning real blood on it. That was discusting! I got new towels and a promise to upgrade both of us next day....

”I was worried about some reviews stating that one cannot open the windows in the rooms. I contacted the hotel beforehand to kindly ask for a room where it is possible to open the windows. While there were no quarantees given, I was happy to notice that my wish was duly noted. Also there were no carpets in our room which made it even easier to breathe. Great hotel, beautiful decorations, helpful service! ”

”Mukava yöpyminen kauniissa pienessä hotellissa Paddingtonin aseman lähellä, hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella. Metroasema ja juna Heathrow'lle aivan kulman takana, silti rauhallinen katu ja sijainti. Ympärillä kahviloita, kauppoja ja elämää. Todella ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, et taatusti jää pulaan missään tilanteessa. Matkustin yksin ja varasin yhden hengen huoneen, joka oli kuin viihtyisä vinttikamari tyttökirjasta. Pieni huone mutta kaikki tarpeellinen mahtui ja löytyi jääkaappia ja...

”Huone oli todella postiivinen yllätys. Kahdelle ihmiselle 12.kerros erillis sängyillä toimitti loistavasti. Ei mitään moitittavaa 4 yöltä.”

”Single bed room for 2 nights, very compact but still nice and quite modern room. Hotel room was situated on the opposed building, but was not a problem. Did not order breakfast, it was served in the main building, in a quite small space. That was also the only place to work after the room checkout”
