”We booked two standard rooms for four nights last week. The first room was ok despite that there was no view except a smoked window to the opposite wall. The other room was very dirty. Walls, floor and the carpet were in awful condition. I got a new room and that was like the other one but now clean. However in the same evening I noticed that the bath towel on the towel rail was bloody - meaning real blood on it. That was discusting! I got new towels and a promise to upgrade both of us next day....

”Nice looking hotel with exceptionally friendly service, the staff really makes you welcome. The location couldn't be better for central London tourism, being just across the road from the Gloucester Road tube station, from which there is a direct (Piccadilly line) tube train to Heathrow. I had booked the smallest room, and it is OK for somebody travelling alone and not spending too much time in the room, but the smallest rooms are definitely not for family travel, choose the room size according...

”Sijainti hyvä, aamupala loistava, huone siisti ja lontoolaiseksi tilava. Kapselikahvikone oli luxusta, pidin myös vedentäyttöpulloista.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and the air conditioner was a very nice suprise. Extra thankful for free coffee! Defenedly we are coming back for next time!”
