”We had a one night stay with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. The staff was super welcoming and nice, they had even made a birthday card and left some chocolates and balloons in the room for her. Room was nice & clean, bed comfy. Would stay here again.”

”The Taj 51 was a beautiful hotel with outstanding service. We were so comfortable and everything felt luxurious. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite that was spacious and gorgeous! We had complimentary breakfast and happy hour. It was wonderful after being out all day to come back to this hotel to relax. The attention to detail in the room is amazing as they anticipate your every need. Location is great with easy access to the tube.”

”Palvelutaso jotain aivan huikeaa. Olen opiskellut Lontoossa ja asunut siellä lukuisissa hotelleissa sekä käynyt yli sadassa maassa ja siten nähnyt paljon hyviä ja huonoja hotelleja. Tämä oli aivan jostain toiselta planeetalta palvelutasoltaan. He tietävät että huoneilla he eivät voi kilpailla joten he panostavat palveluun kovasti. Suosittelen!”

We booked a Deluxe Room, which apparently was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite at the corner of the property (windows on two sides!). "We booked two standard rooms for four nights last week. The first room was ok despite that there was no view except a smoked window to the opposite wall. The other room was very dirty. Walls, floor and the carpet were in awful condition. I got a new room and that was like the other one but now clean. However in the same evening I noticed that the bath towel on the towel rail was bloody - meaning real blood on it. That was discusting! I got new towels and a promise to upgrade both of us next day. The first upgraded room was fine with a river view but the other one again dirty. Finally after many efforts I got a decent room. Breakfast and the location was excellent. Doormen helpful and polite."
