âWe booked two standard rooms for four nights last week. The first room was ok despite that there was no view except a smoked window to the opposite wall. The other room was very dirty. Walls, floor and the carpet were in awful condition. I got a new room and that was like the other one but now clean. However in the same evening I noticed that the bath towel on the towel rail was bloody - meaning real blood on it. That was discusting! I got new towels and a promise to upgrade both of us next day....

âLocation of the hotel is ideal for short weekend trip to London - short distance to Covent Garden, parks and many key London sights. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but tried the onsite bar - nice and cozy, but very slow service. â

âOur room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast room was lovely and the selection of foods was good. There was a bus stop and underground nearby, so it was easy to get to the centre of London.â
