”Had a fantastic weekend here. We love Oscoda and this is a beautiful spot right on Lake Huron. The manager Chad was very helpful and a super nice guy. Keep in mind before booking this place doesn’t have certain amenities like towels, soap or shampoo and garbage bags. It does have appliances, silverware, dishware, and an outdoor grill. They’re in the process of updating it so right now so many things are pretty rough around the edges, especially the interior of the cabins. We wouldn’t hesitate to...

”Paul's place had everything we needed--comfortable beds, lots of kitchen supplies, and even a very friendly cat. Great location close to the Pere Marquette River, Ludington State Park, and a day trip away from Sleeping Bear Dunes. We had a great time here, and the boys even caught several fish in the river. ”The cottage was very clean and smelled wonderful. Everything was there that you would need for a short stay. Check-in was flawless and communication with the host was great. The host was very accommodating for our arrival time as we were unsure when we would be to Ludington. The cottage sits in a cozy little area. Google maps wanted us to turn on a road that did not exist, so we followed the main road around the corner and there was the cottage. We would stay here again. Great experience!”

”The space was perfect for out family of 5. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures! We were about 20 feet from the Torch lake public beach access! It was so easy to walk across the street with the kayaks or paddle boards! We rented a boat from them as well and it was super clean and worked great! The location is amazing and walking distance to Johnny’s restaurant and other grocery stores! It was perfect! So easy and they were so responsive to any questions! Upstairs outside...

The man who checks on the property came over and stated he drove by to talk to us earlier, but we were not at the cabin, which (a) seems like stalking and (b) his tone and the way he was leering at my daughter in law were not appreciated. ”We liked that it was practical and felt like a home away from home. Some cabins feel like they’re trying to be hotels and that’s fine, but this felt more like a quiet, simplified home. The layout was practical and there were places to hang towels. It made good use of the available space.
