”Nice location great stay”

”Day 1 coming out of the elevator, the hallway on the second floor smell like weed(STRONG). Ask for bed sheets and all that because the sofa bed didn’t have anything, they brought some bed sheets(not enough) no pillows. The lady said she was going to bring pillows and never did. Called the front desk a few times with no answer. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Day 2, got ln the elevator to go down and the elevator smell like dog pee really bad odor”

”The air conditioner was loud, the iron was old and kept leaking out water, the remote wouldn’t work decent unless you turned it up to at least 55. The telephone didn’t work for me to call the front desk, I had to go into another room that room service was cleaning to call front desk.”

”The staff didn’t seem to have much urgency on helping guests. We were told on the phone that we could check-in early at 1pm, so we arrived early. We weren’t able to check-in until past 3:30. Had they not told us to come in early, we wouldn’t have. The staff was pretty unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so long (per their direction), stated that they were understaffed and that check-in wasn’t until 3. Again, fine if they didn’t not tell us it was ok to check-in early. We...

”We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Apopka and were very impressed with our visit. The staff was outstanding, especially the woman working the late check‑in on June 4th—kudos to her for being so friendly and welcoming, even though I didn’t catch her name. The room felt closer to a 5‑star hotel, with everything exceptionally clean and the towels folded so nicely. The entire property was spotless and well cared for, and we would definitely stay here again.”

”Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

”The shower in the room was horrible. Might want to hire someone to maintain things like this!!!”

”Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

”The woman who greeted us upon arrival was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our very spacious, well-designed room looked and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. And the free breakfast buffet was excellent! The food was hot, and they served a large variety of very tasty food options! The room was quiet outside, of a common hotel issue of loud A/C systems.”
