”We checked in and was accidentally given a room that had already been assigned. The next room assignment the refrigerator was unplugged. We plugged it back in and then left for dinner. When we returned the refrigerator smelled funny and still was not cold. We informed the staff at checkout about the refrigerator. Otherwise, all other aspects of our stay was superb.”

”Very clean inside the hotel I liked that it is really quiet at night no noise from other rooms or hallways which was my main concern , room is very comfortable new appliances , staff is nice I would stay here again”

”Right next to a busy freeway, will hear the road noises in the room. Our room was right next to the breakfast room and we had a hard time sleeping because of constant door slamming. The slams were so hard our beds shook. Also when people drag their luggage on the floors it is so loud. Could hear everyone talking as they passed our room. The hotel was fully booked so no chance to change rooms. There were like two outlets in the room, only by the sink. Barely got any sleep and we had such high...
