”Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazingly soft. The hotel provided us with 2 amazing robes. The gas fireplace made our room feel cozy and romantic. Our city view room was great! We were able to see the Space Needle building from our window. The 67 restaurant has a fantastic view. The food was delicious! Making reservations is a must! The coffee shop has very good coffee and Chai tea. The only downside is that it closes early. We had a wonderful time in Seattle!...

”Great location, beautiful hotel”

”The hot tub was peaceful. Barking frog’s food was average and not worth the prices. food was random and had too much going on. Hosts were great and helpful, especially the gentlemen who worked in the evenings. The shower flooded the bathroom every time we showered though. still great housekeeping and service. ”

”Beautiful hotel, but disappointing experience. The spa was closed without prior notice, staff wasn’t very attentive, and my room had a maintenance issue (broken toilet paper holder). Not the level of service I expected.”

”Great free coffee in the morning and the coffee shop and the bar and restaurant were both great. Hotel is beautiful too. Only real negative was the bathroom lighting and the bed sheets. They felt like they were plastic. ”

”Very nice hotel, with all the amenities needed for a relax stay. We loved the place. But, the extra services we expected weren't there. I prepaid the room with expedia and I left a credit card for other expenses and they called me at the room everytime we requested room service to verify if we made the order. I also requested an extra hour for checkout, since our plane was leaving at 3PM and we were charged an additional $100.00 for it. ”
