It was my first time staying in a shared situation like this, where the apartment has each room separately given out but the living room and kitchen are shared - it is an adjustment period, especially with the mixed bunch you could get (unlike a hostel where it's usually backpackers or international travellers). ”Don’t be fooled, this is not a “suite”, it is a tiny room with a bathroom. The property is a large “home” with multiple different rooms and paper thin walls, so if you’re lucky like us you might get another guest who likes to slam the fridge door, microwave, or their shower door at 2am. Also note that the kitchen is a shared kitchen, which has limited mentions in the description, so this is not exactly a private stay. The kitchen had an odd smell, from everyone’s food and the free street parking...

”When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

”Place was beautiful and clean, felt cozy. Scenery was gorgeous. There were lots of shops near by such as: Hair salon, barber shop, convenience store, pancake house (French toast was delicious) near by trails. Starbies near by. Just an overall great stay. Would recommend and definitely book again next time we’re out in WA”
