This is the top floor of a beautifully updated 1920s Craftsman home (the lower level is a separate Airbnb rental with it's own, private entrance. It is separated by a deadbolt door to basement shared laundry room).

Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with AC, a well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches like charging pads, blackout curtains, and eco-friendly bath products.

You’ll have exclusive use of the entire upstairs apartment and fenced yard with hot tub + grill. The shared laundry room (with brand new LG washer/dryers) is in the basement and may also be used by cleaners or the downstairs unit.

☆ Other Details to note ☆

Below you is a separate basement apartment with its own private entrance. Because this is an older home, some noise can transfer between units, so we ask guests to be mindful—especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

To help everyone have a great experience, the home uses a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors overall noise levels (no audio is recorded).

🐶 If staying with your dog(s) (only two are allowed) please add them to the reservation (check the box "I am traveling with pets") which automatically adds my $75 pet fee for one dog to your trip total. If staying with two dogs, I'll need to request a fee for the second dog manually after you confirm your reservation. We also provide dog amenities for your stay: dog beds, bowls, blankets, couch cover, dog towels and doggy bags.

💳 This listing requires a refundable $500 damage deposit. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a secure link (sent via email/guest portal) to provide a payment method for the deposit. No funds are collected at that time — the amount is placed on hold a few days before arrival and released within a few days of checkout, provided there's no damage to report.
