In the reseptiin they asked us a printed copy of out reservation, nyt how could we have it because i had booked Hotel with mobile phone. They claimed that now they have more paper work. Toi bad, it's their job. Any way it would not have helped them, it was in Finnish. Food was good. The wibration of neighbour rooms...

”Generally great experience, the food was good, especially the outside lobster and shrimp skewers in the main, we actually preferred the main restaurant to the specialised restaurants. Great sandy beach, free use of kayak and stand up paddle board, snorkeling equipment if you ask we only realised the last couple of days. Lots of good stuff. Our kids were a bit cheeky and asked for extra Oreos from run service which they were given. The toilet didn't work but we were changed to a room where it...

”The staff and workers were nice and polite at all time. There was no hot water which it difficult to get ready to travel home. I called twice, told the front desk while checking out. Nothing was done or offered for the inconvenience. The food was delicious especially at the speciality restaurants.”

”The staff is what makes the stay! An absolutely phenomenal group of people who truly care about you and what they do. Buffet food was great although the a la carte restaurants stood out. From the moment I checked in with Mitzi, to the little tour and information provided by the bellhop Elvin to even the servers and hosts (I wish I could remember everyone's name!) but quite the excellent stay. I absolutely fell in love with Costa Rica and will be back!! There were a few snags along the way but...

”The hotel grounds were well kept up with. The beach amazing. The overall staff were not as friendly. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and kuddos for they do a great job. Restaurants- the food was not good and served small portions. The food is overpriced for the quality and taste you get. The week I stayed we resolved the food issue with renting a shuttle and going to Brazalitos which is very near and Tamarindo about 30 min away to eat better authentic food with a reasonable price....
