”The W is an absolutely beautiful property. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your every need is met while on your trip. The room was not only immaculate upon arrival but daily they made sure the room was spotless. The only downside is no entertainment in the evenings on property and not many dining options. We had to go to the Westin to eat dinner but not a big deal. ”

”The hotel area was quiet and peaceful, the beach by the hotel was nice and not crowded. The bungalow was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The shower could have been cleaned more properly. The wireless internet did not work in the bungalow.”

”We arrived to the property but there was no one at the hotel, the lounge, bar and restaurant were close and deserted. Pool was durty, so we decided no to stay at the place because we also felt unsafe. Worst experience ever, I don't understand how EXPEDIA offers this hotel.”
