”I loved that we got to stay in a whole colonial, well-appointed, immaculate house by ourselves. I loved the staff, that went out of its way. The grounds are beautiful, as are the accommodations. I didn't like my breakfast, a "sandwich" made from a croissant, some flavorless cheese, a fried egg and overcooked, very salty bacon. No garnishes. Croissant was second-rate. Should have had tomato or greenery. Caused us to cancel our dinner reservation. Other than that, the staff was amazing,...

”Loved the late nineteenth century decor. We took full advantage of the sitting room to entertain guests. Great to walk around Fredericksburg and enjoy the unique shops, restaurants, and history. Overall a luxurious and interesting place to stay.”
