”Unfortunately, when we arrived at the apartment the smell of natural gas was so strong that we didn’t not feel safe to stay here. The owner had no other rooms and only accommodated me with $50 to get dinner while the room aired out. I contacted the property manager several times as this was not sufficient to compensate for the extreme inconvenience and unsafe conditions, but they never returned any of my messages after this point. ”The facility is fantastic. Really enjoyed the gym and pool. Our premium apartment was not the best. Although the corner suite offered a fantastic view the apartment was dirty and run down. Trains are very loud. Not sure that I would stay here again. For the same price you can book something in the north or downtown. ”

"Needed a budget place for just sleeping in a central Chicago. For that purpose excellent choice due its location (metro + walking distace everywhere). Quiet+clean hotel and safe location. The attached pub on the street level is nice. Would come next time for a similar trip. Would need a bit of renovation already and definitely more power sockets around the room table ;) Some coffee to go and small stuff to eat in the lobby during mornings would be great. "
