”We had very good time .This was our Valentine’s Day short escape, place clean , stuff very friendly. Easy check in and check out . Good breakfast, but most we liked old , classic and very cozy atmosphere. Definitely we coming back ”

”The view was gorgeous. They need to add some room darkening shades because you are facing east and the room never gets dark enough but ilove the Grand Victorian. ”

”So lovely and having fresh lemon water and coffee available whenever you want was much appreciated. There is also a Nespresso machine in the room. We really enjoyed our stay. Great staff recommendations on where to eat and things to do.”

”Location of this hotel is amazing. Everything else was just ok. Rooms were clean. Women at front desk didn't know much about parking or where to eat. Also the blinds were sheer so everyone could see in the room at night and the room was light as soon as the sun came up. That drove me crazy. ”

”The Lamplight, as always, was spotless and well-maintained. The location can’t be beat- a block from the beach and super close to restaurants, shops and bars. My only wish is that each room would be supplied with its own Keurig. One of the treats of staying in a motel is waking up and having a coffee in your bedroom before you even get dressed. While coffee is available at the motel, I’d be happier not having to go outside and sometimes downstairs to get my morning caffeine fix!”

”Had a great few days, property was clean and well furnished. Area was lovely and felt very safe, host was friendly and accommodating. Offered us an early breakfast as we had a train to catch. Thoroughly reccomend.”

”Our first room. The heat was broke. They moved us to another room. The sheets and pillowcases are very worn. They feel very scratchy. The rooms were clean but carpet needs shampooing”

”A beautiful Victorian Villa. Very small room - enough for 1-2 nights. Nice roof Terrace! Good breakfast and a central location. Friendly Staff.”

”Desk staff was very friendly. My daughter had dance competition that weekend and i checked in late that night it was clean and quiet loved it. Next morning breakfast was decent just wish they had yogurt but everything else was fine. They had pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, cereal, and cinnamon rolls. Check out was a breeze. ”

”Place is adorable and staff is excellent. I just would have liked to have none that the restaurant and bar area were off limits due to a private event. We were looking forward to being able to have a drink and a bite to eat there. Other wise it was wonderful.”
