”Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to wait 15 minutes for shift change. Once somebody finally arrived, we got checked in and tried to find the room and we greeted by police officers asking us what we were doing there. ”The room I got was a Jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi did not work. The staff member did get me another room, thankfully. The staff were all very nice. That was the thing I like the most. it’s very outdated. The paint was peeling the vents over the hot tub did not work. When we turn the hot tub on the lights would dim. ”My overall experience was not great at all. The bathroom was filthy, the shower was so dirty I had to lay down a mini towel to stand on it as I showered. There was no soap, I do bring my own soap every time I am on vacation but this is the first time that absolutely no soap was provided.
