”I had a really bad experience. I booked a room and I wasn't aware that the elevator was not working. I discovered that once I arrived there and it was already paid. The hotel put me on the fifth floor. Once I arrived there, there were bed bugs and a leaky air condition. I went to complain the response I got was "well you get what you paid for." SobI left at seven am because the front desk person told me to come back at three fifteen p.m.; once I came back they then tried to put me back on the...

”They are pretty much the only place in the area was an outdoor swimming pool for less than $100 a night. That being said, we overlooked the rude staff, and the fact that the rooms were only half-heartedly cleaned, and the criminal casing of rooms that the personnel were obviously a part of.... But a total infestation of cockroaches was the last straw. Pool or not, we will never stay there again!”

”We only stay over night between flights. We were extremely impressed by the staff. Every encounter was friendly, polite, helpful, and welcoming. Both shuttle drivers were beyond pleasant. Desk staff smiled, had pleasant personalities, and were extremely helpful. The restrooms (in room & in lobby) were clean and stocked. Housekeeping held open elevator doors while wishing us a pleasant evening. The room was clean, neat and stocked. All employees treated these two weary, tired and frazzled...

”Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place”

”This is my go to hotel when I’m in Richmond. The location is outside the city but close to 95 making travel easier. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet and clean.”

”This was the second year we chose to stay here for a baseball tournament. For the price it can’t be beat. Our King room was large, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful to have - we ate most of our meals at the table and chairs provided. I rise much earlier than my husband and enjoyed the two minute drive to Wawa (also within walking distance- just not for me) for a coffee while watching the planes landing at the Richmond Airport across the street.
