”Less than 5 mins walk to City Square so perfect location. Checkin was so easy with staff so polite and helpful. They informed us we had been given a free room upgrade which was not only ideal but most unexpected. Room had a well equipped kitchenette bedroom and bathroom facilities all so clean. We had in all a wonderful weekend at the Chambers and would definately recommend a stay there. Big thank you once again to all the staff for making our stay so special. ”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. When I mentioned that while checking out, the lady in the reception said that because I booked through hotels.com I didn't get that good room. Should book directly from the hotel, she...

”Fabulous new hotel and lovely room. Room was warm though with no opening windows and fresh air. AC wouldn’t stay on so may be a teething problem. Room was fabulous apart from that. Hot breakfast items were lukewarm which was disappointing. Plenty of choice. ”

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”
