”The hotel is nicely situated near the harbor and we had a room that overlooked the harbor. Unfortunately, our room was a downgrade from a kitchenette due to the hotel not having ADA access to the upstairs and my wife being unable to negotiate stairs because of a knee issue. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. We would probably stay there again, but speak directly with the hotel staff to make sure we were getting the room we prefer.”

”Very nice property! Great location, nice views, very nice room which was very clean especially for a Pet friendly room. They had everything you need in the room. The grounds/gardens are well maintained and pretty. Nicely lit at night. The restaurant/Tavern was excellent; great food, wonderful atmosphere and service. Our server Matt was amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even our fur babies enjoyed the stay just as much as we did. We will be coming back here for sure!”

”The Weller House is a lovely 1886 historic home converted into a small hotel. Many of the furnishings are period antiques, and each room is decorated with a different color scheme. Being an old house, it does possess some of the quirks inherent, like creaky floors and stairs everywhere, but it is completely charming. It is also located within walking distance from much of the central downtown area. Two thumbs up!”

”Anchor Lodge was beautiful! We had such a fun stay and it was amazing waking up hearing the sea lions and watching the boats. Highly recommend this hotel.”

”The room we stayed at wasn’t very clean. There is definitely lots of dust on different surfaces, including clumped up hair in the bathroom. It worked for what it is, but I wouldn’t return to this place. ”

”Clean room, nice staff”

”Rome wasn’t clean. Left over pizza stuff under the beds in both rooms. Shower wasn’t cleaned. Hair still around shower and shower walls were grimy and slimy. Beds were soft and a/c heater worked. No satellite signal to watch tv. No usb adapters or anything. Very plain and classic motel 6 experience and expectations. The place compared to the web page is a total opposite.”

”We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the back patio and open space to the garden, the short walk to a semi-private beach, and the pickle ball courts. The property was well maintained. The renovations and overall design of the room was great too— you can tell they put a lot of thought into it to make sure guests feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their stay.”
