”We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort...

”This place has a gorgeous 180 view of Ponderay lake and was a very clean space with a simple yet luxurious feel. We enjoyed the hot tub and their selection of games. Kitchen had all we needed except a pizza cutter but we made due without. Would definitely recommend and stay again! ”

”Best place to go and get away. My dogs also had a blast and enjoyed playing with the super friendly host dogs. Also the best out house Iv ever experienced. The outdoor shower and tub is a great. Beautiful views and good vibes. Definitely coming back!”
