”We spend here for two weeks and it was so wonderful. The place was exactly like in pictures and the view was almost more beautiful. It was nice and quiet and everyone was so helpful. We didn't have car, so needed good shoes for hiking, but the bus goes also quite near and quite often.”

”So comfortable and cosy. We stayed in the studio which was clean, had everything you could need and was decorated well. The bed sheets and toiletries smelt amazing. The owners put a lot of care into making sure it was a home from home. They also bought us freshly baked bread and homemade jam, delicious. We loved the poncha bar around the corner, too. Great location, about 10 minutes drive to Porto Moniz and on the route out to the fanal forest”

”We had a wonderful stay at Between the Sea and Mountains! The home was cozy with so much character. We enjoyed cooking on the BBQ outside in the little courtyard and in the kitchen, it had everything we needed. We loved ending our days on the balcony overlooking the ocean and mountain reflecting on the amazing day we had hiking. We would 100% recommend staying here!”
