Hamworthy is a large village and peninsula only 1.5 miles from the town of Poole with its range of high street shops, as well as a large natural harbour, which is lined with pubs and bistros. Enjoy family days out at the beach or visit Hamworthy Park, which has an outdoor splash pool - ideal for the summer months. Upton Country Park is 1 mile to the north, where you will find wonderful walking routes that run beside Holes Bay or out into the woodland. Within 10 miles there are many attractions, including Arne Nature Reserve, the walled town of Wareham, Corfe Castle and the beautiful sandy beaches of Bournemouth and Studland.

Step into the hallway and head on into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with a comfy corner sofa, a wall-mounted Smart TV to catch up on a favourite programme, and a dining table and chairs for all to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything required to cook up a good breakfast for the busy day ahead or a scrumptious evening meal. The twin bedroom and shower room are also on the ground floor. Head up the stairs and you will find the lovely spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed set under the eaves and a TV.
